If you choose to contact us, you may share your name, email, studio or company, delivery country, project description, dimensions, materials, quantity, timing and reference files. A confirmed order may also require delivery, invoicing and payment-status information.

The form marks required fields. Contact and basic project details are needed to assess and respond to an enquiry; studio details and reference files are optional.

Entering details or selecting files does not send them to Fosource. When you choose Submit enquiry, your project details and selected reference files are uploaded and saved for our team to review. A received confirmation and enquiry number appear after submission is complete.

When you request a quotation or commission a piece as an individual, contact and project details are used to take steps at your request before a contract or to perform it.

For studio contacts, the basis is our legitimate interest in managing business enquiries and project correspondence, subject to your rights. Invoice and transaction records are used to meet applicable legal record-keeping duties.

Permission for optional marketing or publishing identifiable client work is requested separately. Preparing an enquiry does not sign you up to marketing.

Drawings, photographs and models are used to assess feasibility, discuss the specification and prepare agreed work. Providing them does not give Fosource permission to publish your design, identify you in a case study or take ownership of your files.

Only send material you are entitled to share. Remove unrelated names, addresses and other personal details, and agree any special confidentiality requirements before sending sensitive project information.

Relevant information may be shared with the workshop or specialist maker assessing or producing your piece, and with carriers or delivery partners arranging transport. A provider handling personal information on our behalf must limit access and use to the agreed work.

Project assessment or production may involve workshops in China, with delivery partners in the destination country. Before personal information is transferred across borders, we will identify the relevant destination and applicable protection, and explain how to obtain a copy of any required safeguards.

Public pages include no analytics, advertising tags or third-party media embeds. Enquiry entries are not saved in browser storage. The administrator area uses a necessary sign-in cookie.

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes submitted enquiries: project details are stored in D1 and reference files in private Workers KV storage. Connection information is processed to operate the service and limit abusive submissions. Attachments can be downloaded only by a signed-in administrator. If WeChat notifications are enabled, Server酱 processes only the enquiry number, attachment count and administrator-page link; contact details, project descriptions and drawings are not included.

Enquiry records are kept while the discussion or an agreed follow-up remains active. Confirmed project records are kept for making, delivery and aftercare, and applicable tax, accounting or dispute requirements. When those purposes end, information is deleted or anonymised.

Upload sessions that are not submitted expire after 24 hours; abandoned files are removed by scheduled cleanup. Access to submitted records is limited to people who need them for the relevant work. A deletion request may not cover records that must be retained by law or for an ongoing dispute; we will explain any such limit.

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information.

Right to object. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If we rely on consent, you may withdraw it through the same contact channel without affecting earlier lawful use.

You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. For UK matters, see the ICO complaints service. EU and EEA residents can find their national authority through the European Data Protection Board.
