About Fosource

Built around the realities of furniture sourcing.

Fosource connects international furniture demand with Foshan's manufacturing ecosystem. The platform is designed to make supplier discovery, quotation, verification, quality control and sourcing coordination more structured for overseas buyers.

Why Fosource exists

Foshan offers a deep furniture supply chain, but access alone does not solve the buyer's problem. Overseas sourcing still requires identifying the right production capability, comparing quotations on the same basis, checking what a supplier can actually make, following production and controlling quality before shipment.

FOSHAN · GUANGDONG · CHINA

A sourcing layer between demand and production.

Fosource is organized around products and sourcing capability rather than public supplier contact listings. Buyers can discover products and review sourcing-relevant supplier information before deciding whether to proceed.

When a requirement becomes serious, Fosource coordinates the RFQ and the next sourcing steps. Supplier identity can be progressively disclosed when verification, sampling, factory visits or order execution require it.

The objective is practical: reduce information gaps while keeping the sourcing process organized around the buyer's actual requirement.

What Fosource does

The platform combines product discovery with sourcing support. Each function addresses a different point where international furniture procurement commonly loses time or clarity.

01

Supplier Matching

Route a sourcing brief toward suppliers whose product focus and production capabilities are relevant.

02

Factory Verification

Make production capability, supplier type and sourcing facts more visible before a buyer proceeds.

03

RFQ Coordination

Keep product context, supplier references and buyer requirements attached to the quotation process.

04

Quality & Shipment Support

Support inspection, order follow-up, consolidation and export coordination when required.

How we think about trust

For Fosource, verification is based on sourcing-relevant evidence buyers can evaluate: supplier capability, factory information, product context, sourcing facts and records generated as an order progresses.

Products stay real

Each product page is tied to the current SKU. Images and product specifications are based on the available source information for that product, with missing details identified rather than assumed.

Capability stays visible

Supplier profiles focus on what matters to sourcing: production, categories, MOQ, lead time, OEM/ODM, quality processes and project capability.

Identity is disclosed progressively

Public pages can use Supplier IDs. For serious sourcing, buyers can verify the actual supplier through video, samples, factory visits or other appropriate due diligence.

From RFQ to shipment

The sourcing workflow can continue beyond product discovery, from the first requirement through supplier comparison and order execution.

STEP 01

Submit RFQ

Product, quantity, customization and destination requirements.

STEP 02

Match & Compare

Relevant supply options and comparable quotation context.

STEP 03

Verify

Samples, supplier checks, video or factory verification as needed.

STEP 04

Production & QC

Order follow-up and quality inspection based on the project.

STEP 05

Shipment

Consolidation and export coordination where required.

Founder

Furniture experience across manufacturing, sales, retail and mall operations.

Fosource was founded from hands-on experience across different parts of the furniture industry rather than from a directory-first marketplace model.

The founder's career has included furniture manufacturing and factory operations, sales and marketing management, furniture chain retail, and management of large-format furniture retail operations. That cross-chain perspective informs how Fosource evaluates suppliers and structures the sourcing process for overseas buyers.

Fosource does not present industry experience as a substitute for transaction-level due diligence. Supplier and order verification should still be based on current evidence.
